Really? I thought we had strict water laws in Hawaii to protect our treasured water form
greedy profit seekers. If this is a loophole or an over-sight problem, then we need to
strengthen our laws. We also need to track laws and who votes for the people, and who
votes for the corporation that wants to steal our resources. Who on the council but this bill
forward? Countless towns all over the USA have been ruined by these plants. Just look it up.
There is plenty of evidence of what will happen, so let's all do the right thing and educate
ourselves before we just roll over and allow any and all polluting, destructive, extractive and
unsustainable industry. There are plenty of green jobs we should be promoting over
