The owner of the property is Kona Hospitality whose <br /> agent is:Fritz Harris-Glade whose phone number is (808) 896-9003. The applicant is <br /> requesting sign variance(s) for (2) wall signs and (2) ground directional signs. <br /> The proposed (2) wall signs are located above the main entrance at the second floor <br /> and approximately 3 feet above the third floor level along the east property frontage. <br /> And (2) ground directional signs will be placed at a maximum height of 48" above the <br /> ground at the two property access points along the Sarona Road. <br /> Per Sections 3-6(b)(3), 3-58(b)(c), 3-60(a), Hawai'i County Code, only one ground sign <br /> shall be permitted per lot. If the lot frontage is greater than thirty lineal feet, a directory <br /> sign may not exceed twenty-two square feet or fifteen percent of the wall area on which <br /> it is located.
