Resolution
WHEREAS, pursuant to County Charter Section 3-14 interim amendments
to the Salary Ordinance may be by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that the Salary Ordinance is hereby amended for the following departments:
SECTION 8.09 (c). MAINTENANCE DIVISION.
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.
Transfer of one position of Plumber WB-10 to the Department of Public
Works, Bureau of Building Construction and Inspection, South Hilo and Puna
(Section 8.08 (b-1).
SECTION 8.08 (b-1). SOUTH HILO AND PUNA, BUREAU OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
AND INSPECTION. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
1. By adding one position of Lead Plumber WF-10
2. By deleting one position of Plumber WB-10
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy each of this Resolution be transmitted
to the departments of Finance, Parks and Recreation, Public Works, Personnel
Services, and Corporation Counsel for their information.
