BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the County of Hawaii that the following amount
be and is hereby appropiated/transferred as set forth below:

OUT AND FROM: G-9100.6 Earthquake Emergency Fund (FY 1973-74)
CREDITED TO: G-8311 Transfer to Other Funds

C-35307 Kalopa Park Road Impr. Phase II 40,000.00
$146, 740. 25
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and in-
structed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance, and that the Director
of Finance be and is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with
the terms of this resolution.
