WHEREAS , the appreciation of beauty is manifested in
the holding of beauty contest, a common and honest tradition
accepted by the peoples of this world; and
WHEREAS .- in carrying out this tradition and with pomp
and circumstance , the Lehua Jaycees held its 24th annual
Miss Aloha aaii 'acleant in Pilo ; and
wimpr!,s , '3UFNDA FAPIL TI \CEITIA, an attractive liberal arts
student at Filo College, was crowned the 1075-76 Miss Aloha
iawaii and
"BPPFAS , before more than 2 ,Pnn spectators , MISS TEXEIRA
cavtured the talent award with her captivating and magnificent
rendition of the popular song, 'Don 't Pain On Ny Parade' ; and
WFPFPS , it is befitting that we hereby recognize
MISS TrvLIW ' s accomplishment, her beauty , talent and youthful
promise ,
NOW T=TAORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY TILT-. COUNCIL OF THE
COUNTY OF FTWAII that the warmest aloha, sincerest
congratulations , continuing happiness and success in the future
he extended to MISS ParrnA MARIE TEYFIRA, miss Aloha Hawaii for
lq75-76 .
