This additional appropriation will be funded by The State of <br /> Hawaii, Hawai`i Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC). <br /> Due to the urgency of addressing homelessness issues,the Office of the Mayor requests that this <br /> bill be waived from the Finance Committee in order for it to be placed on the March 28, 2019 <br /> Council agenda.
