Expenses shall be <br /> funded by all fees and fines collected in connection with the administration and <br /> enforcement of this program. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating <br /> $800,000 into Planning's Short Term Vacation Rental Enforcement S&W, OCE and <br /> equipment accounts. This appropriation reflects funds anticipated to be received during <br /> the current fiscal year. The bill sets up the proper accounts to receive and expend the <br /> funds. <br /> The,Planning Department requests that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee <br /> and be placed on the March 28, 2019 Council agenda in order to implement this program <br /> as soon as possible.
