SUBJECT: Resolution No. 92-19, Draft 2; A Resolution granting a variance from Chapter 3,
Article 1, Division 4, Section 3-6(b)(3), and Chapter 3, Article 2, Division 2,
Sections 3-58(b), 3-58(c), and 3-60(a) of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016
Edition, as amended), to allow two wall signs and two directional signs on 75-146

Attached is Resolution No. 92-19, as amended to Draft 2 with the contents of Communication
No. 155.1, as duly approved by the Council's Committee on Public Works and Mass Transit on
March 12, 2019.
