Re: Proposed Amendments to Resolution 103-19, Resolution Creating Three (3)` Vew
Temporary Positions for the Hawai`i County Planning Department
Please see below proposed amendments to Resolution No. 103-19, correcting the Clerk
III (Temp)position that should have been stated as a Program Support Technician
(Temp)position. The proposed amendments are shown in Ramseyer format with respect
to the contents of Resolution No. 103-19, material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken
through, material to be added is underscored.
1. The third WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows:
"WHEREAS, the three (3)positions indicated above are Program Manager
(Temp), Accountant II (Temp) and [Clerk III (Temp)] Program Support Technician
(Temp); and"
2. The enacting clause is amended to read as follows:
"BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF •
HAWAII that one (1) Program Manager(Temp), one (1)Accountant II (Temp) and one
(1) [Clerk III(Temp)] Program Support Technician(Temp)position be created in the
Hawai`i County Planning Department.
A draft copy of proposed Resolution No. 103-19, Draft 2, has been intentionally omitted
due to the limited scope of this amendment. If you have any questions, please do not
