AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 18-693 AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 19 2018 TO JUNE 30, 2019.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 18-69, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2018 to June 30, 20197
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Pi`ihonua Levee — USDA NRCS - Federal

Pi`ihonua Levee - County
(110.299.5295.06)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
