This appropriation reflects funding allocations anticipated from HUD <br /> for the Program Year(PY) 2019. The bill sets up the proper accounts to receive and expend the <br /> HOME funds. <br /> This bill is being submitted concurrently with a bill to appropriate funds to the Office of Housing <br /> and Community Development's Community Development Block Grant(CDBG) account(s).
