Re: Office of Housing and Community Development 2019 Action Plan
The Office of Housing and Community Development is required by the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development(HUD)to submit an Annual Action Plan
in order to receive funding from the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME)
1 . and Community Development Block Grant(CDBG).
Enclosed is a resolution to authorize the Mayor to execute and submit the 2019 County of
-Hawai`i Action Plan. This resolution is being submitted concurrently with bills to
appropriate funds to the Office of Housing and Community Development's Community
Development Block Grant(CDBG) account(s) and to the Office of Housing and
Community Development's HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) grant
account(s).
