The original project was proposed to be a mixed-use community, housing a medical office campus, commercial space, a business park, senior housing, single- and multiple-family residential lots, and recreational and open space. The applicant seeks to modify 11 conditions within Ordinance 10-64 to improve the projects feasibility. The property is located on the west side of the Ponahawai Street intersection, and northeast of the Moho`uli Street Extension.
