RE: Resolution No. 103-19,Draft 2;Resolution creating three(3)new temporary positions
for the Hawai`i County Planning Department.
Attached is Resolution No. 103-19, as amended to Draft 2 with the contents of Communication No.
179.1, as duly approved by Council on March 28,2019. .
The Council voted to suspend Rule No.24-1(e)of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of the
Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution, and adopted Resolution
No. 103-19, as amended to Draft 2.
