RE: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 5)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to the Big Island Resource Conservation and Development
Council (BIRCDC) for the 35th Annual QuiksilverBig Island Toyota Pro-Am Surfing Trials.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$500 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
