RE: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 7)—Hawai`i Artist Collaboration—
Kahakai Elementary School.
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to Department of Liquor
Control to provide a grant to the Hawai`i Artist Collaboration to purchase art supplies and
materials for students at Kahakai Elementary School.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$1,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
