Resolution
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL in and for the County of Hawaii, at a
meeting held this date, that the Mayor of the County of Hawaii, be and he
is hereby designated and authorized to sign in the name of. the County of
Hawaii such application forms and other documents for construction grant
benefits from the appropriate Federal agency for the Kulaimano Sewerage
System in South Hilo, County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief Engineer be designated as the
authorized representative to receive all communications.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and he is hereby
directed to forward a copy of this resolution to any interested government
or governmental agency.
