Resolution
WHEREAS, Section 10-11 of the Charter of the County of
Hawaii requires that any contract, lease or other obligation
requiring payment of funds from appropriations of a later fiscal
year be approved by resolution adopted by the County Council; and
WHEREAS, it is desired by the County to enter into an
eighteen-month contract for contractual, computer processing
of County payroll and personnel information;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that an eighteen-month
contract for processing of County payroll and personnel informa-
tion be approved and that necessary funds be provided in the
following fiscal years to cover the obligation of the County
under the contract.
