Resolution No, 459
WHEREAS, pursuant to County Charter Section 3-14 interim amendments
to the Salary Ordinance may be by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that the Salary Ordinance is hereby amended for the following departments:
SECTION 8.08 (a). OFFICE OF CHIEF ENGINEER.
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
1. By adding one position of Departmental Safety Representative SR-13
SECTION 8.08 (b). BUREAU OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND INSPECTION.
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
1. By adding one position of Design Project Coordinator SR-24
2. By deleting one position of Architect SR-21
SECTION 8.08 (d). DIVISION OF AUTOMOTIVE EQUIPMENT AND MOTOR POOL.
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
1. By adding one position of Welder WB-10
2. By deleting one position of Automotive Mechanic Helper WB-5
SECTION 8.08 (e). BUREAU OF SEWERS AND SANITATION.
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
1. By deleting one position of Sanitary Landfill Caretaker WB-4
SECTION 8.10. FIRE DEPARTMENT.
1. By adding 2 positions of Fire Equipment Mechanic WB-11
2. By deleting 2 positions of Automotive Mechanic I WB-10
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy each of this Resolution be transmitted
to the departments of Finance, Public Works, Fire, Personnel Services, and
Corporation Counsel for their information.
