Resolution
WHEREAS, Section 2 of Ordinance No. 69 provides that the
County Council may, by Resolution approved by a majority of
its members, dispose of real property; and
WHEREAS, the cottages (2) and garage located at Holualoa
Elementary School are surplus and may be removed due to phasing
out of Teacher Housing Units.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. In accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 69,
the Director of Finance be authorized to dispose of the buildings
located at Holualoa Elementary School, Holualoa, Kona, Hawaii,
TMK: 7-6-04-002, by public auction.
2. The Director of Finance to determine the date, place,
and reasonable terms and conditions of the auction.
3. If no acceptable bids are received, that the building
be demolished and removed expeditiously.
