Resolution No. 475
WHEREAS, pursuant to County Charter Section 3-14 interim amendments
to the Salary Ordinance may be by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that the Salary Ordinance is hereby amended for the following departments:
SECTION 8.08 (b). BUREAU OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND INSPECTION.
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
1. By adding one position of Parking Lot Attendant SR-8
SECTION 8.08 (f-1). SOUTH HILO. BUREAU OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE.
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
1. By deleting one position of Laborer II WB-3
SECTION 8.09 (c). MAINTENANCE DIVISION.
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.
1. By adding one position of Golf Course Superintendent SR-21
2. By deleting one position of Golf Course Manager SR-16
SECTION 8.10. FIRE DEPARTMENT.
1. By adding one position of Chief Mechanic, Hawaii Fire Department
FII-11 (Effective grade supervised: Fire Equipment Mechanic WB-1l)
2. By deleting one position of Chief Mechanic, Hawaii Fire Department
FII-10
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy each of this Resolution be transmitted
to the departments of Finance, Public Works, Parks and Recreation, Personnel
Services, and Corporation Counsel for their information.
