Resolution
WHEREAS, the Hawaii County Council adopted Ordinance No. 129, relating
to park dedication, which became effective on September 30, 1975; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 129, Mr. John E. Sitz on October 6,
1975, paid to the County of Hawaii the required fee of $250.00; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of Ordinance No. 129, the County
Council enacted Ordinance No. 158, amending the effective date of Ordinance
No. 129, which date is now January 1, 1976; and
WHEREAS, in the interest of justice Mr. Sitz should be refunded said
payment of $250.00,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that it hereby authorizes the Director of Finance to refund Mr. Sitz the
said $250.00.
