This project is to <br /> continue to control and eradicate coqui frog infestations in the North Kohala District. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the HDOA for <br /> these funds. Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by <br /> appropriating this $49,896 to the Department of Research and Development's North Kohala Coqui <br /> Frog Control project account. <br /> The Department of Research and Development is requesting that this bill be waived from Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the April 24, 2019 Council agenda in order to expedite the receipt of <br /> these funds.
