No. 115-19 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:58 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 115-19, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 115-19, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 199 <br /> dated March 21, 2019, approves and adopts the 2019 Annual Action Plan for the County of Hawai`i <br /> Community Development Block Grant and Home Investment Partnerships Programs and authorizes the <br /> Mayor of the County of Hawai`i to execute and submit the Annual Action Plan and all other related <br /> documents to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br /> The County's Office of Housing and Community Development anticipates a Community Development <br /> Block Grant allocation of$2.5 million from Housing and Urban Development and program income of <br /> $100,000, for a total of$2.6 million of Community Development Block Grant funds; and a HOME <br /> allocation for$482.731.
