ORDINANCE 96-92 (Bill 301): An Ordinance amending Ordinance
No. 95-82 of the County of Hawaii adopted on July 5, 1995, relating
to the issuance of General Obligation Bonds.
AYES: Councilmembers Arakaki, Domingo, Easley, Osorio, Smith, and
Council Chairman De Lima, - 6. NOES: None.
ABSENT & EXCUSED: Councilmembers Childs and Ray - 2.
