ORDINANCE 96-89 (Bill 239, Draft 3) An Ordinance amending Chapter 5
(Building Code), of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 Edition)
relating to Building Permits. AYES: Councilmembers Arakaki,
De Lima, Domingo, Childs, Rath, Ray, Smith, and
Council Chairwoman Bonk -Abramson - 8.
NOES: Councilmember Osorio - 1.
ORDINANCE 96-90 (Bill 280, Draft 2): A Bill for an Ordinance
amending Chapter 22 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 Edition),
authorizing the County to install Speed Humps on County Highways.
AYES: Councilmembers Arakaki, De Lima, Domingo, Childs, Osorio,
Rath, Ray, Smith, and Council Chairwoman Bonk -Abramson - 9.
NOES: None.
Copies of these Ordinances are available in the Office of
the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
