reading at the meeting of the County Council on July 18, 1996, by
vote as listed below:
BILL 303 (Draft 2): Amends Ordinance 96-68, as amended, relating to
Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July
11 1996 to June 30, 19970 by adding the following projects: PARKS &
RECREATION Pahoa Swimming Pool ($450,000), and PUBLIC WORKS Alenaio
Stream Flood Control ($1,500,000); funds for these projects shall be
provided from the following accounts: General Obligation Bonds
and/or Other Sources ($450,000), and State Grants Receivable
($1,500,000). AYES: Councilmembers Arakaki, De Lima, Domingo,
Childs, Osorio, Rath, Ray, Smith, and
Council Chairwoman Bonk -Abramson - 9.
NOES: None.
Copies of this Bill are available in the Office of the
County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
