ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 93-50, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1993, TO JUNE 30, 1994 .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII :
SECTION 1 . Ordinance 93-50, as amended, relating to
Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the fiscal
year July 1, 1993 , to June 30, 1994 , is hereby amended by
adding the following projects :
Alii Highway Bikeway Extension $180, 000
Hamakua Ballpark Lighting 10, 950
Haihai/Ainaola Intersection Traffic Signal 35, 000
Kaumana Drive/Waianuenue Avenue
Intersection Improvements 43 , 655
$269 , 605
SECTION 2 . Funds for the aforementioned projects shall be
provided from the Capital Projects Fund fund balance and/or any
other available funding source. The $65, 000, originally
transferred and appropriated under Ordinances 91-65 and 91-66
from the Bikeway Fund to the Capital Projects Fund for
allotment to the Alii Highway Bikeway Extension Project , shall
be continued as an allotment to the same project .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval .
