AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 18-69, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2018 TO JUNE 30, 2019
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 18-69, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019,
is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriation by:
OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT:
Village 9 Homeless and Affordable Rental Project
(110.499.5496.31) $ 20,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
State Grants Receivable $ 20,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
