The regular meeting of the Committee on Governmental Relations and Economic

Comm. 49.3: HAWAII STATE ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES' (HSAC) AUGUST 27, 2018,
AND FEBRUARY 8, 2019, EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING

Motion to Close File: Ms. Poindexter moved to close file on Comm. 49.3.
Seconded by Mr. Richards.

MS. POINDEXTER: Yeah. The minutes you'll see, one is from 2018. And
that's catching up on some of the old minutes that, you know, during the
reorganization I guess, and changing of the secretaries. The new secretary had to
catch up on the 2018. And then we have the most current, and it's pretty
self-explanatory if anybody has any questions.
CHR KIERKIEWICZ: Committee Members, any questions for Ms. Poindexter
on the HSAC minutes? Seeing none, I'll call for the vote. All in favor to close
file on Communication 49.3 please say "aye."
Vote on Comm. 49.3: The motion to close file on Comm. 49.3 was carried by the
