County of Hawaii Council's 8th Session held at the West Hawaii Civic Center, 9:00 a.m.
Chair& Presiding Officer Aaron Chung, Vice Chair Karen Eoff
My Testimony:
Happy New Day.
I am Abolghassem Abraham Sadegh founder of the Universal Realm of the Lord Almighty that
is based on the principle that Believing in God is optional; Believing in humanity is not.
The holiest places in our Big Island of Hawaii are not the synagogues, churches, mosques or
temples but the two County Council Chambers in Hilo and Kona where your decision ladies and
gentlemen affect the 200,000 population of our Island hopefully with liberty and justice for all.
For millions of years the Earth has been a paradise for all others in the Web-of-Life in their
natural environments instinctively. We are at the apex of the animal kingdom and have the
responsibility to transform our entire planet to the Paradise by exercising our freedom to choose.
The path is for every human being at any level of the society in every society to Be The Savior
by
Fighting injustice;
Helping itself and others, &
Doing no harm.
My testimony is in regard to the following two items:
1. Res. 65 — 19,
This Resolution introduced by Mr. Matt Kaneali'i-klinefelder (Council District 5) regarding the
need for more police officers in the District of Puna is by all accounts a legitimate request.
During the past public testimonies there have been complaints against the behavior of the police
officers and improving the situation has invariably been in providing better training. Based on
my own experiences and observations since I came to the Big Island more than eight years ago,
our Police Department is nothing short of a Mafia organization.using the most vulnerable
members of our community a tools—slaves.
"Training" alone does not do the job. For everything in life our words and deeds would have to
be according to our overall framework of mind regarding our ultimate objectives.
For the Police Department, its Core Values of"Integrity, Professionalism, and Compassion"
provide the most remarkable framework anyone can hope for. The problem is that those values
are just empty words that have nothing to do with reality of being a Mafia organization. These
core values should be at the foundation of any training a police officer has to go through. Lying,

oppressing, assaulting, framing, provoking, manipulating, etc. has nothing to do with being a
legitimate Police Department.
2. Res. 98 — 19,
This Resolution introduced by Ms-.Rebecca Villegas (Council District 7) has to do with spending
$2,000 of the tax payers' money toward commemorating the 200-year anniversary of the passing
of King Kamehameha I.
Our elected officials should have nothing to do with Kings and the Kingdom of Hawaii.
Kingdoms are anathema to God Almighty and the fundamental truth that it is every child's
inalienable right to reach the highest level of the society and in a kingdom this is an
impossibility.
In addition, Kingdoms are in total contrast to everything we stands for in these United States of
America. In addition, it is probable that had Kamehameha I been in power instead of
Liliuokalani, Hawaii might have been a part of the British Empire instead of the United States. It
is a shame that the flag of England is on our State Flag.
Sincerely,
Abolghassem Abraham Sadegh
