Although,we receive funds via grants and third-party funding Chief Executive Officer we have a large portion of clients early on in their treatment who have no means of funding. These shortages are felt on our island and are often expressed when there are no P.(808)322.3100 providers accepting new patients,no specialized physicians,long waitlist, etc.. In response to this F.(808)333-0548 shortage, since 2012, BISAC looked at innovative ways of addressing the" problem. For 5 years, we have been successful in providing a training program for pre and post docs in the mental health Dr. Hannah Preston Pita field. As a result, we have been able to train 7 providers who have provided services to over 200 Chief Executive Officer clients (unduplicated) per year. These funds would help us provide more training opportunities for individuals to gain their pre and post doc hours, :gain,licensure, and provide services to Board Members individuals who are in high need of mental health services.
