RE: CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I/FIRST INSURANCE
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawai'i Revised Statutes, as amended,we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the
County Council on a property damage accident occurring on or about October 15, 2018
submitted by First Insurance Company of Hawaii.
We ask that this claim be put on the Council's May 21, 2019 agenda.
