Actual revenues collected exceeded the $6,800,000 of projected revenues established in Ordinance 17-4 by$470,964.97. The excess revenues are being distributed using the same procedures and percentages established by Ordinance 17-4. A breakdown of the programs and the specific projects are listed on Exhibit A of the bill. The Department of Public Works is requesting that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and be placed on the May 21, 2019 Council agenda. B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): Actual revenues collected exceeded the $6,800,000 projected revenues established by Ordinance 17-4 by $470,964.97.
