COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 72 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 18-69, AS AMENDED, <br />RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2018 TO JUNE 30, 2019. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 18-69, as amended, Relating to Public <br />Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019, <br />is hereby amended by establishing the following program appropriations: <br />PROGRAM <br />Roadway Projects <br />Bridge Inspection/Repair <br />Local Road Projects <br />TOTAL <br />AMOUNT <br />$ 138,519.11 <br />$ 96,963.37 <br />$ 235,482.49 <br />$ 470,964.97 <br />Allotments from these program appropriations shall be made to be specific projects listed <br />on the attached Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from fuel tax revenues, <br />in excess of what was projected in Ordinance No. 17-4. <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall <br />not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect <br />without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br />ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
