The actual <br /> revenue realized for Fuel Tax Increase was $3,844,823.16, exceeding the budgeted <br /> amount by $344,823.16. Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to appropriate these excess <br /> revenues to the Capital Projects Fund in order for the Department of Public Works to <br /> expend it. <br /> The Department of Public Works is requesting that this bill be waived from the Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the May 21, 2019 Council agenda.
