Attached please find a bill amending the Operating Budget for the
fiscalyear ending June 3 1994 by increasing revenues to the
following revenue accounts :

The Police Department received $21, 000 rather than the budgeted
$20, 000 for the Seatbelt Enforcement Program. It also received an
additional $10, 000 to purchase a Laser Speed Measuring Unit ($5, 000)
and to cover overtime costs ($5, 000) while using the laser. 510COMM. NO.

The Police has also been granted $12, 000 for sobriety checkpoints
during the graduation season, May through July 1994 .
