AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 18-69, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2018 TO JUNE 30, 2019.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 18-69, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Pi`ihonua Levee — USDA NRCS - Federal $ 3,075,000

$ 1,025,000
Pi`ihonua Levee - County
(110.299.5295.06)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $ 3,075,000
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 1,025,000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
