Aloha,
I urge the county council to accept the $630,000 in state grant funds to satisfy the
Towill land condemnation settlement so that the Puainako Extension right-of-way can
be transferred to the State and thereby relieving the County of Hawaii of maintenance
costs and liability for that roadway.
