Pursuant to Section 10-4 of the Hawaii County Charter,notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Council of the County of Hawaii to consider the proposed Operating Budget and Capital
Budget for fiscal year July 1,2019,to June 30,2020. Public testimony will be taken at the hearing.
The general summaries of the revenues and appropriations for the Operating Budget for fiscal year 2019-2020 are as follows:
