AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 93-50, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR JULY 1, 1993 TO JUNE 30, 1994 .
A Bill amending Ordinance 93-50, as amended, relating to
Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year
July 1, 1993 to June 30, 1994, by adding the following Public Works
projects : Puna Road Improvements - Federal ($765, 002) ; Akolea Road
Improvements - Federal ($448,397) ; Hilo Road Improvements - Federal
($3, 006, 797) ; Waikoloa Road Safety Improvements Shoulder Widening,
Phase II - Federal ($296, 103) ; and Kona Road Improvements - Federal
($1, 048,321) ; funds shall be provided from Federal Grants Receivable
to $5, 564, 620 .
Date Introduced: October 20, 1993
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the
Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Bill passed first
reading at the meeting of the County Council on October 20, 1993, by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Arakaki, Bonk-Abramson, Childs, De
Lima, Domingo, Hale, Rath, Rosehill and
Chairman Schutte - 9 .
