AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 93-49, AS AMENDED,
THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
ENDING JUNE 30, 1994 .
A Bill amending Ordinance 93-49, as amended, the
Operating Budget for the County of Hawaii for the Fiscal Year ending
June 30, 1994, by appropriating revenues in the following Federal
Grants accounts : Young Driver Deterrence ($10, 000) , Portable
Lighting Tower/Trailer ($15, 000) , and Traffic Accident
Reconstruction ($9, 120) ; and by appropriating $45, 120 to the
following ;accounts : Young Driver Deterrence ($10, 000) , Traffic
Safety ($1, 000) , Report Automation ($10, 000) , Portable Lighting
Tower/Trailer ($15, 000) and Traffic Accident Reconstruction ($9 , 120) .
Date Introduced: September 22, 1993
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the
Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Bill passed first
reading at the meeting of the County Council on September 22, 1993,
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Arakaki , Childs, De Lima, Domingo,
Hale, Rath, Rosehill and Chairman Schutte - 8 .
NOES: None.
