AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 93-49, AS AMENDED, THE
OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING
JUNE 30, 1994 .
A Bill amending Ordinance 93-49, as amended, the
Operating Budget for the County of Hawaii for the Fiscal Year ending
June 30, 1994, by appropriating revenues in Fund Balance From Prior
Year-Reserved account by $629,259 . 63 ; and appropriating same to Drug
Enforcement - Misc Contractual Services account.
Date Introduced: September 22, 1993
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the
Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Bill passed first
reading at the meeting of the County Council on September 22, 1993,
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Arakaki, Childs, De Lima, Domingo,
Hale, Rath, Rosehill and Chairman Schutte - 8 .
NOES: None.
