AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 93-50, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1993 TO JUNE 30, 1994
A Bill amending Ordinance 93-50, as amended,
relating to Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the
Fiscal Year July 1, 1993 to June 30, 1994 , by adding the
following project : PUBLIC WORKS Kekuanaoa-Manono Traffic
Signal Improvements-Federal by $804, 586 . 64 ; funds for this
project shall be provided from Federal Grants Receivable.
Date Introduced: August 11, 1993
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file
in the Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by
the public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Bill passed
first reading at the meeting of the County Council on
August 11, 1993 , by the following vote:
