SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 2; Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2019-2020
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 2, regarding the proposed Operating
Budget for fiscal year 2019-2020. This proposed amendment would amend the General Fund
expenditure accounts as follows:
• Increases Fire Protection-Oce, Rental/Lease of Equipment by$21,000 (adds two new line
items: One Apparatus (2020) for$13,000 and One Brush Truck(2020) for $8,000); and
• Decreases Fire Protection-Oce, Public Safety Supplies by$21,000 (decreases funding for
three line items: CL 'A' Foam 500 Pails by$13,000, SCBA Mask by $5,000, and SCBA
Replacement Program by $3,000).
The following amendment affecting appropriations to the General Fund expenditure accounts are
reflected below:
