Kierkiewicz, Council Member DATE: May 14, 2019 SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 2; Proposed Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 2,regarding the proposed Operating Budget for fiscal year 2019-2020. This proposed amendment would amend the General Fund revenue and expenditure accounts as follows: • Increases the Fund Balance From Previous Year revenue account by $25,000; and • Increases Human Resources Oce, Miscellaneous Contract Services expense account by $25,000 (adds a new line item: Independent Whistleblower Program).
