SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 2; Proposed Operating Budget for _
Fiscal Year 2019-2020
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 2, regarding the proposed Operating
Budget for fiscal year 2019-2020. This proposed amendment would amend the General Fund
revenue and expenditure accounts as follows:
• Increases the Fund Balance From Previous Year revenue account by $270,000; and
• Increases Contingency Relief, Miscellaneous Charges (Contingency Fund) expense
account by $270,000.
The following amendment affecting appropriations to the General Fund revenue and expenditure
accounts are reflected below:
