f <br /> �oJNSV OF V,j,1.' <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII i•' •'k-' /1• STATE OF HAWAII <br /> k.:1• oF'Mi0' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 178 19 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE 2019 SUMMER FUN PROGRAM AT <br /> PAHOA DISTRICT PARK. <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation's annual Summer Fun Program at <br /> Pahoa District Park consists of a spectrum of arts-and-crafts projects, indoor/outdoor games, <br /> sports, music, dance, nature exploration, swimming, special events, and excursions for children <br /> from kindergarten through sixth grade; and <br /> WHEREAS, the staff at the Summer Fun Program would like to provide lunches and <br /> snacks for the children as there is no lunch delivery service for this area; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to purchase <br /> food to provide lunches and snacks for those children participating in the 2019 Summer Fun <br /> Program at Pahoa District Park; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation for the 2019 Summer Fun Program at Pahoa District Park. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $750 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $750 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5509.25 Department of Parks and Recreation $750 <br /> Summer/Intercession Class/Activities <br /> 341 Misc.
