RE: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 4)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to Big Island Resource Conservation and Development
Council for the 35th Annual Quiksilver/Big Island Toyota Pro-Am Surfing Trials. The funds will
be used to assist with the event's security.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$500 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
