Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance <br /> amending the Operating Budget by appropriating these funds into the County's 2018 <br /> Lava Disaster Relief-Private account. <br /> The Department of Finance is requesting that this bill be waived from Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the June 4, 2019 Council agenda in order to expedite the <br /> receipt of these funds.
